| Mark has been practising in the negligence/insurance/workers compensation field for over 30 years, for most of which he has acted for insurers and employers.In workers’ compensation matters, Mark has previously advised Government on legislative amendment, drafted the standard employer’s indemnity policy, given evidence as an expert witness for WorkCover and published papers for the profession on behalf of the Law Society.Mark is the Perth agent for the prominent Sydney law firm K&L Gates, for the Wallaby Grip companies in relation to asbestos disease claims.Mark was a partner at the national firm Freehills until starting his own practice in 1988.
