- To keep the client’s costs to a minimum.
- To resolve claims at the earliest opportunity.
- If early resolution is not possible, to do everything possible to ensure that we have all the facts surrounding the claim.
- If settlement on reasonable terms is not possible, to litigate confidently and efficiently, giving consideration to how to maximise pressure on our opponents.
- To keep our clients well informed and to ensure that the client’s file is current.
